INTRODUCTION     : 

The Department of Economics was established in 1981 and provided B.A (H.E.P)  programme with approved strengths of 60 and  The department has excellent facilities. The majority of classes take place in the virtual classroom, and PPT-based lessons are taught using an LCD projector. A total of two teaching positions have been authorised and filled. They each have  18 years of experience in teaching. It is one of the college's top departments. Student-centric methods are used in the department, including induction training, assignments, study projects, quizzes, student seminars, field trips, community service projects, internships, and workshops. The department also provides innovative projects for meritorious students, remedial classes for slow learners, ward counseling.
