Code of Conduct for Principal

  • The principal should act in such a way that the employees and students look up to him or her for direction.
  • In carrying out his or her obligations, he or she must be impartial, secular, dignified, and timely.
  • The principal should arrive at least half an hour before the college's scheduled start time and depart when the day's work is completed.
  • He or she should set the tone in terms of appearance, conduct, attendance, and timeliness, among other things.
  • As the college's first teacher, he or she should attempt to handle the minimum number of classes required by the requirements and set an example.
  • The principal should maintain regular contact with students, which will help to alleviate indiscipline and dissatisfaction in the college and on campus.
  • In all academic and administrative activities of the college, the principal should demonstrate strong leadership skills.

 

Code of conduct for teaching Staff

  • Staff must adhere to the institute's vision and objectives by maintaining high standards of punctuality, honesty, and professional ethics, as well as working within institutional regulations and practises.
  • All employees should keep track of their portfolios correctly.
  • Staff must be properly attired for the tasks they perform.
  • The authority's orders and directives must be followed by all members of the staff.
  • Staff members should work together with colleagues and outside agencies to assist the college's and students' development.
  • All personnel on campus should wear their College Identity Card.
  • Only authorized authentication is allowed to exit the office.
  •  Regardless of their job, gender, or status within the institution, employees should treat their colleagues with professionalism and civility.
  • All college employees should maintain harmonious relationships with other staff and students.
  • Staff should maintain secrecy in the conduct of examinations and any other information, unless the institutional authority requests it.
  • Every member of staff should make a positive contribution to the college's and university's development.
  • All employees should properly follow the institution's academic requirements and protect the academic environment's sanctity.
  • All employees are expected to contribute to the community's and society's well-being.
  • Through training programmes, workshops, and research and development initiatives, all employees should strive for ongoing improvement.

 

Code of conduct for Students

  • Students should be on campus from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a lunch break between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m.,By 9.45 a.m., all students must be on campus.
  • Attendance of 75% is required in order to sit for University Exams and obtain Scholarships.
  • In the College, all students are required to wear uniforms and have ID cards.
  • According to government regulations, ragging in any form is forbidden.
  • The use of cell phones on campus is strictly prohibited.
  • In the classrooms, library, and corridors, complete stillness must be maintained.
  • Classrooms, Laboratories, the Library, and the College campus must all be kept clean.
  • Maintain a plastic-free environment on campus.
  • During their free periods, students should go to the library.
  • Regularly reading the Notice Board is recommended for students.
