The College was started in 1981. The Physical Director post was sanctioned in 1995. The Physical Education activities were started from 1996 with one qualified Physical Director. He has served 4 years and transferred to Government Degree college(W), Guntur, afterwards the Physical Director post was vacant.  afterwards Sri D. Prabhakar Reddy has posted to this college in October 2004.  He has served 8 years and transferred to Government Degree college, Gudur. Now  the Physical Director post was vacant. The year  2004-2005 we have provided shuttle, Badminton court with the co_operation  of our  college principal, Staff and students. We have provided indoor games  like Table tennis, Carroms and Chess. 2005-2006 in this we have provided Six station Gym, Jogger, Exercycle, Abdominal Conditioner, Commercial twister, Weight training set Etc, for the benefit of the students. Afterwards the Physical Director post was vacant.

  Afterwards Smt. M.Ammaji her posted to this college in October 2020. In this year so many students were participated in V.SU. Inter university South Zone Participation, Sullurpet Constituency CM-CUP, Government of India Nehru Yuva Kendra, Nellore Block level Sports 2022-2023.

Strive for Large number of participation in our  Games and Sports to develop personal health, Fitness and Social qualities which will enable them to become worthy citizen of India and in Process effort  to produce National and Inter University and south Zone Level Players.

Mission

Games and Sports are the important dimensions of quality of an Institution of Higher Learning. Let the youth realize that Body is the medium of all the attempt. Body should be strong to achieve heights in any sphere of life.
To make youth aware of the importance of Games and Sports in the overall development i.e. Physical, Mental, Social and Spiritual.
